II.TERM & TERMINATION
- This Agreement will remain in full force and effect until terminated, for using the platform or purchasing the products in any form or capacity. Provided, we have the right to immediately terminate your access or usage and remove non-compliant information or material, in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions or our privacy policy
- The User shall be obligated to clear any dues with us for any of its Services which you have procured. YES Germany shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to the Services.
REFUND POLICY:
1. REGISTRATION FEE: If the Candidate backs out I requests for stopping the process for his/her personal reasons, refund of the registration fee will be dealt with as under :
- Within 15 days of backing out Candidate will get a 75% registration fee refund.
- Beyond 15 days but before 30 days of backing out, the Candidate will get a 50% registration fee refund.
- Beyond 30 days but before 45 days of backing out, the candidate will get a 25% registration fee refund
- Beyond 30 days but before 45 days of backing out and receipt of acceptance letter from the University. No claim of refund of Registration amount will be entertained
- After the lapse of 45 days of backing out and even if there is no acceptance letter from the University: No claim of refund of Registration amount will be entertained.
If the Candidate backs out or stops the process for their personal reason AFTER getting admission from University:
- Candidate has to pay 2nd installments in full.
- No refund of Registration Fee.
- Candidate has to pay 3rd Installment in full.
- No refund of Registration Fee and 2nd installment
